In
2009 the face of the Florida Supreme Court will undergo a huge change
that will affect basic moral issues.
Supreme Court justices Justices Raul Cantero and Kenneth Bell, coupled
with the mandatory retirement ages of Justices Charles Wells and Harry
Lee Anstead in will all retire in 2009.
It will be up to Florida Governor Charlie Crist to appoint justices who
will not legislate from the bench.
